“From running and training I have had many injuries and have used their services (notably physio, acupuncture, massage and Osteo) for rehab and they truly know what they are doing and are the best in the business! Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to heal any acute or chronic pains. I had tendonitis in my Achilles and they were able to reduce my recovery time significantly so I didn’t miss any races. I also had major knee pain when I first when to see them and haven’t had the pain come back in over 3 years now. “One of the worst experiences I've had at a physio/gym in my life. I went to the st-lazare location to see the clinic and gym, once I entered the premises, I was ignored for a good 2 minutes by the two employees that were more focused on their computer screen. Once I asked if I could get information about their membership offers, they both looked at me like I was disturbing them. The lady came over proceed to explain to the membership options, once she got to their 55 and over offer, I told her that I was over 55 . The young employee said; " really with you that haircut with a mocking laugh, I told him that was pretty insulting. I just cut to he conversation short , told thank you to the lady and left. “10/10 experience at Axxeleration Physio! I was seen by Federico D'Agnillo for my positional vertigo and he was fantastic.
