“I had a very bad experience with the front desk or receptionist and I will never return to this business. I call on November 15 and gave all my insurance info to start treatment and was given a date to start treatment on the 19th, I left work early as I call an hour before to confirm and I was not on the appointment list but someone did recall me calling and speaking to someone. So Gave all my information again and was give another appointment for today, I showed up and was asked to fill out the same information I had given twice. “This clinic left me to suffer and abandoned me when I needed them the most. Dr. Deborah was fantastic, however, management and the front office staff are inconsiderate, unapologetic and lack empathy for people dealing with pain. Some people rely on Chiropractic care and I do not recommend visiting this clinic. Instead take your business anywhere else because anywhere else cares more.”Read moreShow less
