“I had an excellent experience with Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy from start to finish. Booking was incredibly easy and straightforward, and communication was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. The office in Mississauga was very easy to find, with convenient free parking and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately helped me feel at ease before even walking into the session. The space felt accessible, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, which made the overall experience feel smooth and stress-free. Katelyn is absolutely stellar at what she does. She creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment while also being incredibly insightful, professional, and easy to talk to.
