“I’ve had such a great experience with Alternative Healing. I’ve been to both locations and the whole staff is amazing and super welcoming. Honestly, half the time I end up talking their ear off, so it feels like I’m getting two kinds of therapy 😂. Gloria … ooof I swear it feels like she’s got her feet on the wall with how deep she can get into a massage if you want it 😂. I also did the lymphatic drainage massage with Christina and it was sooo good. I love that they have therapists for whatever you need, whether it’s deep tissue or just relaxation. My RMT is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand exactly what’s going on with my body before starting treatment. Every session feels personalized—they don’t just go through the motions. They explain what they’re doing, target problem areas effectively, and give helpful advice on stretches and recovery so the results actually last. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and overall comfort since coming here. On top of that, the customer service is top-notch. Booking is easy, the staff are friendly, and you genuinely feel taken care of every visit. “The use of the word alternative in the clinic name is very fitting. This clinic is situated right in the middle of a busy gym. The door to the gym is locked unless you're a member and there is no front desk staff. I waited outside calling the the clinic and the gym with no response for 15 minutes. Eventually received a text message to have the staff at booster juice let me in. I was seated on a bench in the middle of the gym until greeted by the RMT and let into the room, which is really just an office converted into a clinic. With the door wide open, and people exercising all around, you sit in plain view and are asked to share your personal medical history as weights continuously slam. I had to cancel the appointment after I was asked to change and lay on the table, realizing once the door opened everyone working out would have a clear view into the room. I'm surprised they charge customary rates for this unprofessional service.”Read moreShow less
