“Ben came highly recommended by my extended family so today I went in to get some recurring and sometimes incapacitating back issues looked at. He did some gentle manipulations during the initial evaluation that loosened up and straightened out the tight areas causing the mischief and had me so relaxed I could have napped on the table. “We visited the osteopath today with our baby who is almost 4 months old. Our main concerns were poor sleep and tummy discomfort (gas). Before the appointment, our baby had been rolling from back to tummy only through the left side for almost a month. After the session with Ben, already the same evening, we noticed a big change — our baby started rolling through the right side as well. It was amazing to see such an immediate and positive improvement. Ben was very gentle, attentive, and professional. He was wonderful with our baby and made us feel calm, supported, and confident throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Ben to all moms — even if there are no specific concerns. “Had a great experience with Ben at Alpine Osteo after being referred by my midwife - I brought my newborn son to address some feeding & digestion issues. The location was easy to find, parking was easy and accessible and the location is very clean & modern. Ben was kind and easy to talk to and he worked quickly on my son while letting me know what he was doing and why.
