“Not only has Allison helped me start to heal, she’s given me the tools to manage my anxiety and process past trauma in a way I never thought possible. Her calm presence and genuine understanding make every EMDR therapy session feel safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. The difference in my mental health from a year ago to now is incredible, and I credit that entirely to Allison and her approach to counselling. If you’re looking for an anxiety therapist or EMDR counselling in Calgary who truly listens and empowers you to help yourself, I couldn’t recommend anyone more. Her skill and dedication deserve to be shared!”
