Counselling services : Balanced Heart Counselling appointments are either held online/virtually or at 351 Festubert St.

Payment/Cancellation:
For either service, you can pay that via e-transfer (RMT payments go to alexmayrrmt@gmail.com , Counselling payments go to hello@balancedheartcounselling.ca ), or via credit card through JaneApp. Please note that payments via credit card subject to a 2.4% processing fee. If e-transfers are not sent within 24 hours after the appointment start time, the credit card on file will be charged including the 2.4% credit card fee. Any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. An appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
We do not offer direct billing at this time. Each patient will pay for their session up-front and receive a receipt with the practitioner’s registration number on it that they can forward to their insurance provider. The insurer will compensate the client based on their rules/restrictions.

“New massage therapist located in shawnigan lake and I couldn’t be happier! Gorgeous space with tons of natural light and very clean and well thought out for visual relaxation as well. You know when they use white linens there not trying to hide anything lol. Had a full consultation rather then saying we have you booked in for a full massage. She wanted to know areas that I wanted too concentrate on while doing a full body massage. Loved the addition of hot towels for a few of her techniques! And asking permission before using anything scented. All in all this was an awesome experience that I will be coming back for. If you are looking deep tissue or not her pressure is more then enough when it’s needed. And one last thing! Like other places I have been too I wasn’t rushed out of there for the next client.
