“I went to see Ashley LaRose for my first massage. I was nervous but Ashley made a safe space so I could feel heard about what is giving me issues. After the massage was done, she was really knowledgeable with some techniques I can implement to help ease my pain. “I absolutely love this clinic and the practitioners within! I see Brian Godwin (chiropractor) and I appreciate his holistic vision of how to help his patients. I have been to too many chiropractors who simply crack my back and send me on my way (5-8 minutes appointments). Dr. Godwin listens to his patients and does treatment that will lead to long-term decreased pain. He provides exercises (similar to a physio) to create sustainable habits that will lead to a pain-free experience. I do not have enough good things to say about him. While my pain is not completely gone, his treatments have helped decrease it significantly. *Please note that Godwin has left this clinic, and I will be following him! Lara (massage therapist) is also a genius. Too often, I have received massages that were painful and did not provide any relief to my pain. I honestly can't even explain what Lara does because I don't understand it. However, my skin sensitivity and inflammation has improved significantly since I started massage therapy (while simultaneously getting care with Godwin). A++++ Finally, the front staff at Airport Health Professionals have been nothing short of fantastic! They are so efficient and kind every time I walk in the door. “Took me a while to write this review! 😅 I’ve had massage done from May Leong twice last year (2021) and will definitely be going back soon! May is an exceptionally knowledgeable massage therapist. She makes sure to understand beforehand where you’re sore and any other concerns you’ve regarding muscle strain etc. And after she’s done with the massage, she gives you tips on how to keep some daily stretch a part of your routine (which i found very helpful as well). 🥰 Thank you May! I really appreciate you and your hard work! I also want to add that I absolutely love the atmosphere here. You feel acknowledged and sort of at home vibes, and being here has always been such a positive experience.
