“Please do not take your business to this establishment. I went out on a limb and trusted that Dr. Ashley Stapleton had genuine care and intentions for my daughter when we visited her office last month. I spent well above $400 at this initial appointment on the office visit and supplements. A follow-up appointment was scheduled one month later. I was sent a notification by EMAIL (no phone call, no text) which went to my junk box. Upon realizing I could not make this appointment I immediately emailed the office AND called to receive zero response. A few hours later I was slapped with a bill of $210 which they put through my credit card without my permission. I gave the office a call and explained that it was an oversight to which I was told I signed an agreement so I would be charged regardless. I asked for the doctor to give me a call and was told she would, to later be sent a cold email stating “practitioners don’t deal with matters regarding AWH policy.” How incredibly insensitive to conduct themselves in this manner while claiming to offer holistic care to patients. People make mistakes and life happens, and at this time of the year it’s shameful that this organization resorts to these desperate measures to collect their money which they later write “no show” for on the receipt making it impossible to submit to insurance. Every company I have dealt with offers a one time courtesy. This is unacceptable and simply despicable practise.”Read moreShow less
