“I had a great experience at this physiotherapy clinic. I was dealing with severe neck stiffness, back pain, and sciatica, which were really affecting my daily life. The team here was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my treatment. They took the time to properly assess my condition and created a personalized treatment plan that truly made a difference. “Dr. Himani Dang is truly excellent, kind, attentive, and professional! I'm so impressed with the care I received. I arrived with a very bothersome pain in my left shoulder, and after just the first session with Dr. Himani, I left almost cured! Now I can move my arm normally. “I’ve been seeing Himani for years. She’s helped with Vertigo and MVA sustained injuries and always helps to relieve discomfort and pain with her techniques and shared exercises. Definitely recommend.”

“I had to write this review to educate others so they do not encounter the same bad faith as I did. I needed a custom foot orthotics done and this business advertises this service. I went in to see Jitendra who by the way is very nice. This was my first time getting a custom orthotic done and so I went in blank. After my visit, I was informed my cost is $400 for the custom orthotic and that i had to pay upfront, submit all documents to my insurance provider to reimburse me. I told them I will have to come back as I wasn't prepared to pay $ 400 out of pocket now. Upon, my surprise, they insisted I had to pay now as all documents were already submitted electronically to the manufacturer . I again and again and again told them I do not have the money, while they insisted and insisted I pay now. This went on for a while, right at the reception area where other clients were. Finally, after consultation with Jitendra, they let me go after I said I will gather the funds and come back. Now, why was I being forced to pay now? Now, this experience should have been my clue to go elsewhere but I stuck with my word and went back to pay the $400. Now, I am stuck with out of pocket expense of $400. My insurance provider, sunlife, will not pay me as Jit is a Registered PT and not a Podiatrist, Choropodist, Pedorthist, Orthotic or a Chiropractor. Not only was I humiliated on my first visit but also, I lost $400. Buyer be aware of where you go for services. They might provide the service but might not be an approved provider for your insurance provider. Sunlife specifically will not accept a RPT to provide a custom foot orthotic. Rather, it has to be from the five practitioners I have mentioned above.”Read moreShow less

“I sustained back injuries from work, I was on WCB, they treated me very professionally and were really great in their work. Jitendra and Himani were great physiotherapists. They made me do different exercises which really helped me. I feel great now and well recovered and I’m really grateful for the physical therapy I received at Active Health. “I had an excellent experience at Active health physical therapy clinic! I came in with pain and limited movement in my left shoulder, and after a few sessions, it’s completely healed and feeling great. The physiotherapist Himani Dang was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained every step of the treatment clearly. The staff were also friendly and accommodating with scheduling.
