“They time you from the time you walk in and not from the time the massage actually starts, which is so unethical. My massage started 10 minutes after I arrived and it was not informed to me until the end about this. I realized this after the massage was done that it was only for 50 minutes-I still paid for 60 minutes duration. I asked the massage therapist and she said nothing about this, she laughed and asked me another question. I was booked with Melanie and the session was okay at the most. She kept on asking me questions about my personal life during the whole session what I do where I work and who I live with, etc which was very absurd. I gave one word answers and was asked more follow up questions when I said so. The experience was average for me. The staff was over friendly and the place was clean, but I didn’t feel very relaxed afterward and actually felt more tired. The lighting was also quite bright during the session, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. I also asked if she could dim the lights but she said she couldn’t as that’s the lowest setting.”

“I have had lower back issues from minor scoliosis and herniated disk issues and I am healing from a ruptured Achilles tendon. Serena has really amazing doctors energy who shares life experiences, wellness knowledge and laughs during the appointment. I appreciate the comfortable human to human connection with her clients. I have only done 2 treatments mostly focusing on my lower back and I will say I am move comfortably only after these 2 treatments. She is very knowledgeable and considerate during treatments about how much her clients can handle. I am excited to give my acupuncture experience a full commitment to heal linger issues and become a healthier version on myself.”

“Melanie gave me such an amazing massage, very relaxing and able to get through some tough knots for me. She was very nice and polite as well. The receptionist was very welcoming as well. The massage studio is very well laid out, calming and open. The massage rooms are big in size which is nice. Will definitely be going back!”

She's also exceptionally friendly and always takes time to make sure I'm feeling well and happy with my services. For massage, Mel is awesome!
