“I’m giving this service 1 star so I can inform potential clients of the experience I have had. I had a 30 minute consultation with Mina in which I explained my 13 year old was in need of counselling. The session went great, I said I would like to book her and we ended with the understanding I would follow up with our medical coverage Info etc. which I did, in an email and then with a phone call two weeks later when I hadn’t heard back. Then another email and another voicemail, with no response. A month goes by, she leaves me a voice mail saying there must be an issue with communications? I call her back, leave another voicemail and still nothing. Needless to say this is not an appropriate way to run a service like this. Very disappointed.”
