My path to osteopathy began with a personal injury-an experience that not only impacted my mobility and well-being, but also introduced me to the profound healing potential of osteopathic treatment. The results were life-changing, and they sparked a deep desire in me to help others in the same way. Now a proud graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, I use a principle-based, hands-on approach to support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live better-by addressing the root cause of dysfunction and restoring balance throughout the body.
