About Zoe

Before becoming an RMT, I spent over a decade working in the forestry industry while pursuing my passion for snowboarding. These experiences gave me a firsthand appreciation for the physical demands placed on the body, as well as the importance of recovery, maintenance, and taking care of ourselves so we can continue doing the things we love. I graduated from Calgary’s Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2024 and am now a BC-registered RMT. My education has been enriched by hands-on experience, particularly during my time working at a Cat Skiing lodge this past and current winter, where I honed my ability to address the unique needs of active individuals. I combine an intuitive, attentive approach to each client’s needs with strong therapeutic critical thinking. My toolbox includes a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, active release therapy, trigger point therapy, and relaxation methods. Whether you’re seeking regular maintenance, recovering from an injury, or preparing for your next athletic endeavour, my goal is to help you achieve a state of balance, mobility, and well-being. I have also completed training in CranioSacral Therapy through The Upledger Institute (CST 1) and am now offering both Massage + CranioSacral Blend treatments and full CranioSacral Therapy sessions. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, subtle approach that can be incorporated into a massage treatment or explored as a treatment on its own. I am genuinely excited to support the Golden community in their journey toward better health and relaxation.
