Zikra is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Western University. With a strong research background and eight years of experience as a physiotherapy assistant, she is well-versed in both evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. Zikra is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health. Outside of her professional work, Zikra enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, crafting, and baking. She also has a deep love for animals and finds joy in spending time in nature.
