Zephyr completed the intensive Registered Massage Therapy program through Everest College in 2014 and received her Master's of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2022. In a massage therapy treatment, a variety of techniques are used (such as Swedish and deep tissue) in order to help remove lines of tension within the body. During osteopathic treatment, clients are fully clothed and a variety of techniques are employed to help address structural imbalances. The goal is to find the root cause of the problem and help bring the body back to a place of health. In her spare time she enjoys reading, paddle boarding and camping.
