Zachary completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba in 2026. Throughout his training, he gained experience across a variety of clinical settings and developed a particular interest in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. His involvement with the Sport Physiotherapy Council has also provided opportunities to work with athletes and assist with medical coverage at local sporting events.
Zachary takes an active, evidence-informed approach to physiotherapy, combining individualized exercise, patient education, and hands-on treatment to help people understand their injuries and work toward the activities that matter to them. He enjoys working collaboratively with patients to develop practical treatment plans that build strength, confidence, and long-term independence.
Having spent much of his life involved in sport and fitness, Zachary understands the frustration of being unable to do the things that matter most to you because of injury. His background includes boxing, kickboxing, strength training, running, and soccer. He has a particular interest in treating sport and exercise-related injuries and helping athletes of all levels return to performance. He also enjoys working with individuals who simply want to move better, stay active, and get back to the things they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Zachary enjoys playing soccer, strength training, cycling, reading, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
