My passion is helping immigrant and Indigenous youth, young adults, and adults heal and grow. With years of experience in addressing mental health and trauma-related challenges, I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced intergenerational trauma, neglect, and physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. I have worked with clients diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, attachment disorders, depression, and anxiety. I am dedicated to helping you navigate daily life challenges and build essential life skills. Whether you're seeking healing from past trauma or support in managing present struggles, I am here to provide a compassionate, safe space for growth and recovery. In some cultures, including mine, seeking help through therapy and counselling is considered a taboo, unnecessary or a weakness.
