Yvonne completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after earning her Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Bioethics at the University of Toronto. Drawn to physiotherapy for its role in protecting and enhancing quality of life, Yvonne combines manual hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to get you back to moving in ways that feel good and sustainable. Yvonne’s strength lies in tailoring her care to fit your lifestyle and personality, whether your goals are returning to sport, managing the demands of a 9-to-5 desk job, or simply enjoying your favourite hobbies pain-free. She takes a gentle and empathetic approach, aiming to empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to feel confident in your body’s abilities. Originally from Vancouver, Yvonne has a lifelong love of the mountains and exploring nature. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing spikeball, biking through Toronto’s diverse neighbourhoods, and expressing her creativity through cooking, visual arts, and music.
