Yvette Sedgewick is a University of Toronto Physical Therapy Graduate. With her extensive physiotherapy experience in clinic, hospital, and home settings, she believes in approaching each patient with a treatment plan individualized to their specific needs and goals. Treatment may include prescribing specific exercises, joint mobilizations, education, soft tissue release, postural correction and taping when indicated. Yvette has a background working in both private and public practice treating orthopaedic and sports injuries including pre and post surgical rehab. She is continually progressing her practice through ongoing courses in orthopaedics. Outside of the clinic Yvette enjoys travelling, gardening, and time spent with family and friends.
