About Yoon
Yoon Mi Bae is a physiotherapist who values a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. She has completed additional training in acupuncture, dry needling, and the McKenzie Method (MDT) for treating the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine, and incorporates these techniques into her practice to help support recovery and movement.
With a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, Yoon Mi aims to create personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans that meet each patient where they are. She continues to learn and grow in her profession to better serve the people she works with.
Outside of work, Yoon Mi maintains an active lifestyle. She is a national-level CPA bodybuilding athlete, showcasing her commitment to physical fitness and performance excellence. Beyond her professional pursuits, she embraces an active lifestyle, holding a black stripe belt (1st Gup) in Taekwondo. In her leisure time, she finds joy in Pilates, yoga, swimming, weight training, and hiking, reflecting her dedication to holistic health and wellbeing.
