You took the first step to reach out for support, it takes immense courage to seek out support and I commend you for considering this path.
My mission is to offer you a compassionate and empathetic space, rich with resources and opportunities to assist you in navigating the various challenges that everyday life presents. We will aim to uncover the inner resources and foster a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you, hope that this experience can bring you peace along this life journey.
I am currently a Masters-level MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student, practicing under the clinical supervision of an approved Supervisor. In our therapeutic partnership, we will embark on a voyage of exploration into your unique experiences, we will delve into your feelings and thoughts, gently untangling the threads that may have been causing you distress.
Xu is fluent in English and Mandarin.
