Xu (pronounced “Shyoo”) is an ambitious Acupuncturist. He sits on the faculty of TSTCM-a prestigious Toronto Acupuncture college. When not in clinic, Xu can be found assisting in teaching Chinese Medicine students. Xu is known for being a wise, personable, and gentle soul. Xu is a lineage Acupuncturist and Herbalist whose passion for Chinese Medicine was shaped by growing up in a family of practitioners in China. His academic background in the arts, with a bachelor’s degree in history, also enriches his perspective and enhances his ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Xu’s treatments are crafted from learning many different styles of Acupuncture, allowing him to adapt his technique to suit each patient’s specific issue and comfort level. His special interests include pain management, men’s health, digestive issues, and emotional/stress regulation. With a passion for Chinese medicine, Xu is confident that he can provide meaningful and lasting support for patients. In addition to being a Registered Acupuncturist, he is a provincially licensed R.
