About Willa
My name is Willa, and I am so glad to welcome you here! I am an individual and couples therapist with a specialty in sex therapy, and my broader approach is psychodynamic — I work with clients who want to go beneath the surface, understanding not just what's happening but why, and how patterns from the past continue to shape relationships, choices, and self-perception in the present. I know that reaching out to a mental health professional can feel like a huge step, and I don't take that trust lightly. Please see below for some details that may be useful to you in this process
A bit about me: I have been a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO for over 5 years and am a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Counselling and Psychotherapy Master’s program. I have received extensive training in sex therapy, couples therapy, and specific modalities such as EFT, CBT, and IFS.
Availability: I currently offer virtual sessions Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays during the day as well as Thursday and Friday mornings. I also offer in-person sessions on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings and early afternoon.
