Whitney is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her objective is to understand your health related goals to return you to a pain-free, fully functioning state. To do this she aims to:
1. identify the cause of pain and/or physical dysfunction through careful study of your health history, subjective/objective assessment and creation & plan of care;
2. treat pain and/or physical dysfunction using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and lifestyle modifications;
