With over fifteen years in the oil and gas sector, Wesley brings a depth of expertise from his tenure as a professional engineer. As the Team Lead for Projects, he honed his skills in guiding professionals in a dynamic work environment, ensuring they maximized their potential and achieved their career aspirations. In addition to his professional experience, Wesley has consistently shown dedication to community involvement, particularly in the realm of youth development. His background in coaching hockey and lacrosse highlights his ability to mentor and motivate younger individuals. His significant time in children’s ministry reinforces his ability to nurture and guide young individuals through critical formative stages of life. This diverse background equips Wesley with a rich range of professional, and mentorship experiences.
