Life can feel overwhelming when it’s pulling you in so many directions—you might have the weight of PTSD, past trauma, the chaos of managing ADHD, challenges in parenting, or relationship stress. Wendy is committed to supporting all clients and can offer specifically Christian counseling perspectives so you don’t have to figure it out yourself. Talking with with Wendy one-on-one gives you an opportunity to ask questions and receive insights in a private, confidential, supportive space to sort through the struggles and find the solutions you need. Conversations can uncover practical tools, to clear up the chaos, heal the pain, and restore your most important relationships. Let’s take this step toward a more peaceful, balanced, and fulfilling life—together. Her education and professional experience provide a strong foundation for helping others, but my personal journey adds an extra layer of understanding. As someone who has raised a large family, Wendy knows firsthand the ups and downs of parenting, including the unique challenges of navigating ADHD with my own children—like managing emotional regulation and improving executive functions. Wendy has also walked the difficult path of healing from trauma and PTSD, which gives me a deep, personal understanding of how life’s interruptions can impact our sense of peace and stability. This blend of professional knowledge and lived experience allows her to meet you with both expertise and empathy.
