About Wan

Yvonne is a Registered Massage Therapist and an active member in good standing with the CRMTA. She completed a comprehensive 3,000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program in Calgary, and she continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing professional development. Yvonne believes in the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. She brings a calm, grounded, and client-centered approach to every session, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her practice includes a wide range of modalities such as deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, hot stone massage, and cupping. She especially enjoys working with clients experiencing neck and shoulder tension, lower back discomfort, and stress-related tightness. To support long-term results, Yvonne also provides personalized home care stretching and mobility exercises to help clients relax their muscles and maintain progress between sessions. Outside of the clinic, Yvonne maintains an active lifestyle through fitness training and running, and she enjoys spending time outdoors while exploring new ways to support movement, health, and overall wellness.
