About Vishwa

Vishwa is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, with a special interest in men’s pelvic health and rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping men recover from urinary dysfunction, post-surgical pelvic issues (including post-prostatectomy), and pelvic or penile pain—concerns that are often overlooked but can significantly affect quality of life. She has advanced training in Male Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome, with a focus on pelvic pain, pain during intimacy, and pain following penile trauma. In addition to her work with men, Vishwa treats a wide range of pelvic health conditions in all individuals, including pelvic pain, rectal disorders, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, incontinence, and sexual dysfunction. She supports patients through key life stages such as prenatal and postnatal recovery, peri- and post-menopause, and surgical rehabilitation. Vishwa has additional training in manual therapy, dry needling, and visceral mobilization for the urinary system. She takes a holistic, fascial-based approach to treatment, addressing underlying restrictions and movement patterns that contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction. Education is central to her care, empowering patients with a clear understanding of their condition and strategies for long-term recovery. Outside of work, Vishwa enjoys staying active with Pilates, exploring her passion for cooking, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
