Violeta is a registered massage therapist who graduated with honors from Ontario College of Health and Technology in November of 2012. Her passion for the healthy lifestyle took her to England where she graduated and worked as nutritional therapist at College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Violeta has also graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Tourism Management. Violeta employs a variety of massage techniques and interventions in her practice, including: deep tissue, friction techniques for scar tissue, trigger point therapy, joint play, relaxation massage, fascial release. Violeta believes in collaborative approach to treatment focusing on patient education and preventative care. Violeta believes in healing power of food and importance of nutrition. She spends time practicing yoga and experimenting with whole foods.
