Vincent graduated with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC in 2020. He enjoys rehabilitation and prescribing exercise programs to help others achieve their goals.
He believes that every individual is capable of reaching their goals and also enjoys helping clients learn something new about themselves. Vincent also has volunteering experience working at Kids Physio
Group, where he shadowed and assisted physiotherapists in programs to help children improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination and confidence.
Outside of Kinesiology, Vincent started training in Taekwondo at the age of 7, achieved a second degree
black belt and continued training up until 2015. He played various sports in elementary school including
basketball and soccer. During his high school years, Vincent took part in many intramural sports such as
volleyball, soccer and ultimate Frisbee.
Some of his interests include hiking, walks around the seawall, playing sports and watching movies.
