Viji has been a dedicated physiotherapist for over 20 years, treating patients with a wide range of conditions across all age groups. She has extensive experience working in various healthcare settings throughout Canada, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient adult and pediatric private clinics, and home care.
She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and a postgraduate diploma in Chronic Pain and Palliative Care from Cardiff University. Viji has developed strong expertise in the treatment of chronic pain conditions and in the practice of Myofascial Release therapy.
Passionate about helping individuals living with chronic pain, Viji has also contributed to research and published articles in the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management and the International Children's Palliative Care Network. In addition, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), integrating mindfulness and movement into her holistic approach to care.
Outside of her professional life, Viji enjoys spending time with her family and her two teenage daughters. Her personal interests include playing the violin, listening to music, and appreciating nature.
