About Victoria

Victoria is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Victoria specializes in providing online counselling for adults and couples. She has a particular focus on working with 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients and has experience helping individuals in these communities overcome a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, insomnia, and relationship conflicts. Victoria’s therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioural therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. She believes in creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe and supported, and works collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals.
