About Vicky

Vicky is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University. She firmly believes that evidence-based massage therapy is an integral part of any health care regime. Whether it be for injury prevention, injury rehabilitation or purely for relaxation - massage can benefit everyone. Vicky is a body positive and LGBTQ2S+ practitioner. She uses a combination of soft tissue work, acupuncture and strength training to help you get back to doing what you love. Vicky has worked with a wide range of people including athletes at the Invictus Games, Toronto Waterfront and Goodlife Marathons, and Toronto Triathlon Festival. Along with these experiences, she has extensively treated people with a variety of nervous system disorders, seniors, professional athletes and teenagers. Vicky is a four time marathoner, triathlete, cyclist and weightlifter that has experienced huge setbacks through past injuries, so she understands the physical and mental importance of keeping your body moving optimally and pain free. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
