About Véronique

I’m a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. In therapy, I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours at your own pace. I help clients gain clarity about the challenges they are facing, find a healthy sense of balance, and learn strategies to cope more effectively. I like to collaboratively approach problems and help you find creative solutions that fit your values. I obtained my M.Ed. in Counselling from the University of Ottawa, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#002049). I’m a parent, a geek at heart, an animal-lover, and a bookworm. I look forward to getting to know you!
