I want to ensure that I make genuine connections and build healthy relationships with my clients to foster positive clinic experience. I recognize that every individual experiences pain differently, which is why I believe a personalized approach is essential in identifying the root cause of their concerns. Through thorough assessments, evidence-based treatment strategies, and individualized rehabilitation programs, my goal is to help clients restore function and confidence in their bodies. I believe that everyone deserves, and has the capacity, to live a life where they have control over their movements and enjoy activities they love doing. I was passionate about living a strong and healthy lifestyle and decided to pursue the Personal Fitness Trainer program at Mount Royal University. After getting my diploma, I wanted to continue my education with hopes to better understand injuries and other conditions. I graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor in Health and Physical Education, majoring in Athletic Therapy and became fully Certified. I have a background in strength and conditioning and personal training. I have worked with athletes of all levels starting from U13 to collegiate and professionals, and have also worked with the general population of all ages. Whenever I find free time, I like to play video games or spend time with my friends and family. I also enjoy travelling to different countries, where I can immerse myself in diverse cultures, experience new perspectives, and explore the unique cuisines each place has to offer.
