About Varleen

Hi, I’m Varleen Kaur, a Registered Physiotherapist at Aim Rehabilitation Centre. I have a special interest in treating musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions, and I’m passionate about helping people move better and feel confident in their daily lives. I have completed advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy and support patients with concerns such as prolapse, incontinence conditions, pregnancy and postpartum, post-surgical care, and other pelvic health conditions. I also have additional training in management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and vestibular rehabilitation, including treatment for vertigo and BPPV. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care, working together with you to create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to health podcasts, and practicing meditation. I’m looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to better health!
