For Vanessa, pelvic physiotherapy is not just professional—it’s personal. She has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact it can have on women’s lives, and she feels grateful for the knowledge that supported her through three pregnancies (including twins!) and her own rehabilitation journey. Outside the clinic, you’ll find Vanessa lifting weights in her home gym, hiking local trails, biking around town with the whole family in tow and generally keeping up with her four active kids.
