About Vanessa

Hello! My name is Vanessa Reis and I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I work with my clients to teach them food that fuels them towards their goals and overall well being. I do this by creating tailored meal plans to each individual client as well as providing as much information about the food and lifestyle that goes a long with the treatment. I encourage my clients to listen to their bodies and learn how they feed it and how it feels are related.I also encourage my clients to try their best while taking it one step at a time. Before getting into the natural health world I graduated the Culinary Management program from Humber college with honours. Through my love of food and own personal health journey I made my way to the natural health industry. I look forward to meeting you soon and learning together how to "nourish yourself well".
