After several years working in the education system, supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally, I realized my passion for helping others had grown beyond the classroom. This led me to pursue Massage Therapy as a way to support overall well-being by caring for the mind, body, and soul. Graduating in 2026 from Massage Therapy at TriOS College (Formerly International Academy of Massage Therapy) My goal is to create a welcoming, therapeutic space where you feel heard, cared for, and empowered on your wellness journey, helping you live a healthier, more balanced life. I believe that every person is unique, which is why each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are looking to reduce chronic pain, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, restore joint mobility, or simply manage the physical effects of everyday stress, my focus is on helping your body heal while supporting your overall well-being. When I'm not in the treatment room, I nurture my own wellness by enjoying long walks or hikes through the forest with my dog, swimming, cycling, running, or paddling with family and friends. Staying connected to nature and living an active lifestyle allows me to bring renewed energy, balance, and compassion to the care I provide
