About Valérie

Valérie completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. She is a licensed, fully bilingual (French and English) physiotherapist who serves her local community with professionalism and care. In addition to providing general physiotherapy care, she has a strong interest in women’s health, particularly in pelvic floor rehabilitation, prenatal preparation, and postpartum recovery. She has also completed additional training in pelvic floor rehabilitation (Level 1) and dry needling. Outside the clinic, Valérie enjoys backpacking, spending time in nature, and outdoor activities. She is particularly fond of skiing, hockey, gardening, and camping. Valérie a complété sa maîtrise en physiothérapie à l’Université d’Ottawa. Physiothérapeute agréée et parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), elle dessert sa communauté locale avec professionnalisme et bienveillance. En plus d’offrir des soins de physiothérapie générale, elle possède un intérêt marqué pour la santé de la femme, notamment en rééducation du plancher pelvien, en préparation à l’accouchement et en réadaptation post-partum. Elle a également suivi des formations complémentaires en rééducation périnéale (niveau 1) ainsi qu’en aiguilles sèches (dry needling). À l’extérieur de la clinique, Valérie est passionnée par les voyages en mode sac à dos, la nature et les activités de plein air. Elle pratique notamment le ski, le hockey, le jardinage et le camping.
