About Valerie
I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since October 2023, with a strong background in movement, recovery, and performance-based care. I’ve been practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy since 2019 and thoughtfully integrate FST techniques into my massage treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term function.
I work with a wide range of clients—from children to high-level athletes—I’m sports massage certified. Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches, recovering from injury, or looking to optimize athletic performance, my treatments are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Outside of the clinic, I’m married and a proud mom to a son. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me powerlifting or doing CrossFit, reading and expanding my knowledge, spending time outdoors, or unwinding with Netflix.
