About Valentina

Valentina graduated from Sutherland- Chan school in Toronto and has been practicing as an RMT for nearly 26 years. She has worked within a variety of settings while addressing a variety of client needs, including those recovering from traumatic physical or emotional conditions, as well as those suffering from degenerative changes in the spine and extremities. She has always been interested in learning about the body and mind connection, and discovering natural ways to facilitate healing. She offers general relaxation massage to reduce stress and ease pain, pregnancy massage, as well as trigger point and fascia release for cervical and lower back conditions. She develops an integrated treatment plan for each client that addresses their individual needs and treatment goals. “I am passionate about helping people feel their best.”
