I have been practicing Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from the Wellspring College of Massage Therapy (Toronto) in 2011.
I was drawn to a profession in massage therapy because of my caring personality, and over the years have felt so grateful to be able to spend my days creating a positive impact on the clients I see for treatment, it’s been such a fulfilling blessing.
Some of the elements I find most beneficial during treatment are trigger point therapy, relaxation, stretching techniques and deep tissue work. My years of experience treating clients for a wide range of issues including general wear and tear of the body, repetitive strain injuries, prenatal and postpartum, and post-surgery, injury and accident, have given me the tools and knowledge to provide the highest level of care to each of my clients and provide them with the best path the achieving their health and wellness goals.
I am passionate about my own health and wellness journey and believe my greatest teachers are the clients that come into my treatment room daily.
