About Vaidehi
Vaidehi graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 before moving to Canada to further her education and professional development. She completed the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College and became a licensed Registered Physiotherapist in Canada in 2023.
Since becoming licensed, Vaidehi has been dedicated to helping individuals recover from injury, restore movement, and achieve their health and wellness goals. Through her clinical experience, she developed a strong interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and has completed Levels 1 and 2 of specialized pelvic health training to further expand her expertise.
Vaidehi is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing pelvic health concerns. She believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, patient education, and individualized exercise programs tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of the clinic, Vaidehi enjoys practicing yoga and strength training, which complement her philosophy of promoting lifelong movement and overall well-being.
Vaidehi looks forward to helping people improve their quality of life by addressing a wide range of pelvic health conditions and supporting them on their journey to better health.
