About Upinderjit
Upinderjit graduated from Humber College with honours and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In her role as an RMT, she aims to provide her patients with care that enables a pain free lifestyle. Through conducting an assessment, Upinderjit determines the main source of the problem and creates a treatment plan specifically tailored to each patient’s needs in order to achieve their goals. She also provides remedial exercises to further promote physical wellbeing. Upinderjit employs joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular, fascial and Swedish techniques. She has worked with athletes, palliative patients and those with chronic conditions. She has experience in treating various conditions such piriformis syndrome, disc herniations, scoliosis and tendinitis.

“Amazing massage. Upinderjit is a very good massage therapist. She was great at applying pressure and focused on all the areas I needed her to. I’ve been to many places and honestly their just not good/ I’m getting a massage done as we speak at another place right now lol she suck’s man and I went for a 90 mins massage too.
