Uma Acharekar is Registered Physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience in Hospital and Community Health care. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2006 and later successfully completed her Master’s Degree in Neurorehabilitation. She has a keen interest in evidence based research and has a Publication in International Journal of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy by her name. Uma believes in in-depth assessment and goal setting to impart optimum care to her clients. Her focus is to provide holistic care through use of Pain management techniques, Manual therapy, customized exercise prescriptions and elaborate Home exercise program to ensure long term health and prevent recurrences. Uma’s passion for Pain Management and Rehabilitation has fuelled her pursuit of continuing education and adding to her skill set.
