About Tsehay
Tsehay is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and graduate of the Canadian Academy of
Osteopathy (July 2025). She is a member of OSTCAN.
Her approach is grounded in classical osteopathic principles and a deep respect for the
connection between structure and function. She provides calm, gentle, hands-on care tailored to
each person — taking time to listen, assess the body as a whole, and support better mobility
and ease of movement.
Her path to osteopathy began with a degree in Chemistry, yoga teacher training, and work
supporting patients with cancer — experiences which led her to a more holistic approach
honouring both science and the body's capacity to self-heal.
Tsehay has a special interest in women's health and welcomes patients of all ages and
backgrounds.
Outside of clinic, she enjoys nature, hiking, and time with family and friends.
