“The most impressive young physio to grace the halls of Evoker since 2011.”
Trisha graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018 with first-class honours and has worked in the musculoskeletal field of physiotherapy since. Following her honours thesis on breast cancer and lymphoedema, Trish has developed a keen interest in women’s wellness.
Trish loves the human body, sport and most importantly, people. She couldn’t be a better fit for physio and all her patients know it. She is always hungry for knowledge and a challenge, all while radiating positivity and love.
Having had her own fair share of injuries and being a stubborn athlete herself, Trish has been there and done that and is ready to help you be there and do it. As a physiotherapist, Trish is attentive, caring and realistic. She will help you get you where you want to be and sit right next to you throughout the bumpy rollercoaster ride. Her education and ‘hands on’ treatment are immaculate. Coupled with her therapeutic exercise prescription, her patients are always back in top form in no time.
Trish has experience working with everyone from elite athletes to the intelligent and sharp working individual and can tailor her treatment perfectly to both. She gained valuable experience working on the sidelines of elite AFL and soccer teams where preventative treatment was administered during trainings and more demanding, time-pressured assessments and treatments were needed on field.
From the gruelling education system in Singapore, growing up in China, then excelling in Sydney, Australia, Trish can adapt to anything and is the chameleon needed in the physio world. Her personal love for fitness and the body drives her to try new sports and exercises, learn about them all and adapt every time. For her, knowing enough is never enough and knowing everything is not possible; because there is always more to learn.
Your injury, your peace of mind and your entire self will be in good hands with Trish.
