Tree is NOT accepting new clients at this time. Tree started her journey of nurturing and helping people by teaching Bollywood fusion dance. Her goal was to give people a safe space to express and challenge themselves through dance and movement. After several years, Tree wanted to be able to offer more to those who found themselves in a yoga or dance class looking to improve mobility, recover from various joint dysfunction, or to maintain function as they aged. That desire led to OVCMT in Vernon. There she rejoined the academic world and completed the Diploma of Massage Therapy program in 2018. Her education taught her how massage can offer help, healing, and health to all bodies. Tree's massage practice takes a holistic approach that is rooted in evidence based techniques utilizing her education, as well as her years of dance and yoga practice. She understands that no two people are alike, and every body comes with its own history of strengths, challenges, and needs. Her goal is to meet people where they are at, and help them the best way she can with her knowledge and insight.
